With the same dimensions as disposable bottles, the refillable bottles are an eco-friendly alternative for use in camping, barbecuing, heating, torching, and much more. It’s not a bad idea to keep a few around in case of emergency. They are compatible with any appliance that usually takes disposable 1lb bottles, and are safe to refill.

Refilling disposable cylinders can be dangerous, and illegal in Canada as there is no way to know if the cylinder has been overfilled. Overfilled cylinders are prone to leaking and are unsafe to handle.

How the exchange works:
Purchase the first cylinder (includes first fill).
When the cylinder is empty, bring it back to either Propane Depot location,
we’ll take your exchange cylinder and give you a full one for a flat rate
