Variable Grilling Surface (VGS)

5/16‑inch stainless steel rods with variable spacing; narrow rods let you cook small items like veggies or seafood, and wider spaced rods give room for large steaks and chicken to sear properly.

Flame Thrower Ignition System

Main burners use the Flame Thrower ignition for reliable start‑ups. The rotisserie burner uses electronic (battery‑powered) ignition.
