Propane Depot – Refund & Return Policy

At Propane Depot, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, our Refund & Return Policy explains how returns and exchanges work.
1. General Return Guidelines

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once items are inspected and approved.
2. Propane Tanks (Important Safety Rules)
Because propane tanks are considered hazardous goods:

Filled tanks cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Empty / unused tanks may be returned within 14 days if they are in new condition and have not been filled.

Any tank that has been connected, used, or modified is not eligible for return.
3. Appliances, Stoves, and Accessories

Appliances (cooktops, stoves, heaters, etc.) may be returned if unused and in original packaging within 14 days.

Accessories (torches, hoses, fittings, etc.) may be returned if unused and in original packaging.

Used items are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturer defect covered under warranty.
4. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange an exchange, repair, or refund depending on the manufacturer’s warranty and product type.

Proof (photos or video) may be requested to process your claim.
5. Final Sale Items

Clearance items, special orders, and promotional “Weekly Deals” are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.

If the return was due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit), we will cover the return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Warranty Claims

Products with manufacturer warranties must follow the manufacturer’s process for claims.
