  • You may be asked to provide personal details such as your email, billing, and shipping information. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Our Products

  • We carry propane tanks, torches, cooktops, heaters, off-grid appliances, and accessories. All propane products comply with CSA and Transport Canada standards.
  • We strive to display products accurately, but colors or appearance may differ depending on your device.
  • Product descriptions and availability may change at any time. Some items may be limited in quantity or discontinued without notice.

3. Orders

  • Placing an order means you are offering to purchase a product. Orders are only accepted once payment is processed and confirmed.
  • We may decline or cancel orders due to stock availability, safety regulations, suspected fraud, or other reasons.
  • Please review your order carefully, cancellations may not be possible once processing begins.
  • Purchases are intended for personal use only and not for resale or export.

4. Prices and Billing

  • Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless noted.
  • Online prices may differ from in-store or showroom prices. Pricing may vary due to promotions, inventory levels, supplier costs, regional availability, or operational factors. Propane Depot is not obligated to match online prices with showroom prices, or vice versa.
  • All promotions, discount codes, and promotional points offered through the online store (Shopify) will be valid for online purchases only.
  • Promotions and discounts are subject to separate terms and may change without notice.
  • You agree to provide current and accurate billing information and authorize all charges made to your payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Propane tanks are regulated as hazardous goods and delivery is limited to approved service areas.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to inspections, carrier issues, or weather.
  • Once items are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to safety laws, filled propane tanks cannot be returned.
  • Unused/unfilled tanks, accessories, and appliances may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

7. Warranty

  • Many products include a manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Propane Depot may assist with warranty claims but coverage depends on the manufacturer’s terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, product information, and website content belong to Propane Depot or our partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Safety & Compliance

  • Customers are responsible for safe storage, transport, and use of propane products.
  • Always follow manufacturer instructions and local fire/safety codes.
  • Propane Depot is not responsible for accidents or damages caused by improper handling.

10. Shopify Relationship

Our website is powered by Shopify. While Shopify provides the platform, all sales and responsibilities are directly between you (the customer) and Propane Depot. Shopify is not liable for any products or transactions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Propane Depot is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, injury, or financial loss, resulting from the use or misuse of our products or Services.

These Terms follow the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
